Jennifer Cross is a certified Introspective Hypnosis practitioner and the creator of Multidimensional Memory Reconnection Hypnosis (MMRH). She graduated from Bennett Stellar University’s School of Hypnotherapy and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Connecticut. Jennifer is also a Usui Reiki Master, a nationally certified massage therapist, intuitive, and a trained sound therapist.

Drawing from her diverse background, Jennifer has developed an integrative approach that weaves together these healing modalities to offer a personalized, intuitive, and adaptive experience for each client. MMRH is the cornerstone of her work, centering on meeting individuals exactly where they are and providing a flexible framework to support their unique journey toward healing, self-awareness, integration, and soul alignment.
