Jennifer Cross is a certified Introspective Hypnosis practitioner and the creator of Multidimensional Memory Reconnection Hypnosis (MMRH). She graduated from Bennett Stellar University’s School of Hypnotherapy and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Connecticut. Jennifer is also a Usui Reiki Master, a nationally certified massage therapist, and a trained sound therapist.

Drawing from her diverse background, Jennifer has developed an integrative approach that weaves together these healing modalities to offer a personalized, intuitive, and adaptive experience for each client. MMRH is the cornerstone of her work, centering on meeting individuals exactly where they are and providing a flexible framework to support their unique journey toward healing, self-awareness, and soul alignment. 

During her sessions, Jennifer channels Yohara, not as a separate being, but as a deeper expression of her soul's essence, allowing her to convey transmissions and insights that amplify the experience and bring multidimensional meaning to each client’s journey.
